Job summary

Morepeople is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a diverse residential portfolio across a defined region. Based in our Telford office, you will be the main contact for clients, tenants and contractors, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

You will manage multiple properties, oversee lettings and rent reviews, and drive budget control and financial reporting while supporting business development and growth of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential property portfolios.
• Strong client, tenant and contractor liaison skills.
• ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple residential properties and portfolios, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
• Acting as the lead contact for clients, tenants and contractors, handling inspections and contractor instructions.
• Overseeing tenancies and lettings, arranging quotations, advising on market value and rent reviews.
• Managing estate budgets and cashflows, including rent arrears and financial reporting.
• Supporting business development and helping to grow the managed portfolio.
• Identifying initiatives and implementing policy updates to shape estate strategy.
• Providing leadership within the team and mentoring property managers.
