Walker & Sloan are seeking a proactive Property Manager to join their independent estate agency in North Somerset. You will manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth tenancies and high standards of compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Proactive problem solving and initiative.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance.
• ARLA qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties as main contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors.
• Manage tenancy renewals and deposits.
• Ensure properties are well maintained and compliant.
• Collaborate with wider team and deliver high service levels.
