Walker & Sloan are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their independent estate agency in North Bristol. You will valuate property, win instructions and help grow the residential sales business.

This role demands strong local market knowledge, excellent negotiation and relationship-building, and the drive to develop new opportunities. Basic salary £27,000–£29,000 with realistic OTE £37,000–£40,000, plus a supportive team and strong career progression.

Aufgaben

• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals across North Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Generating new business opportunities and proactively winning new instructions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Providing accurate market advice and recommending effective marketing strategies.
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to successful completion.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets and contribute to continued growth.
