Job summary

Walker & Sloan, an established independent agency in North Somerset, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential rental properties and coordinate with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will ensure tenancies run smoothly, properties are compliant and service is consistently high.

The role rewards a proactive, well-organised professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy workload.
• A proactive approach with initiative.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance is advantageous.
• ARLA qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties, main contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent matters and end-of-tenancy deposits.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants and provide high service.
• Work closely with the wider team.
