Reactive Recruitment are working with a busy independent estate agent with an enviable reputation in the Bristol market. Due to continued growth, our client now seek an enthusiastic Property Manager for their busy team based in Clifton.

The role offers a starting basic of £30,000 p/a, with high mileage paid for property visits and a parking permit provided. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available, with annual salary reviews and progression in Clifton, Bristol.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Property Management within an estate agency.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Student/HMO Property Management experience essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organise maintenance and repairs for a property portfolio.
• Monitor rental payments.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants for renewals and contracts.
• Handle maintenance issues with tenants and landlords through approved contractors.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure works are completed and invoiced.
• Resolve rent payment issues.
• Confirm lease extensions and negotiate agreements.
• Carry out property visits and inspections.
