2point0 Group is partnering with a rapidly growing property operator to hire a Property Manager who will own a fast-expanding residential portfolio. The role is hybrid – 1-2 days from home – and focuses on practical, hands-on management rather than large-team leadership.

You will shape how the property management function works as the portfolio grows, triage issues, coordinate contractors, and drive smarter workflows with Fixflo, PM software, and Slack.

Qualifications

• Hands-on property management experience is essential.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Experience with residential/properties workflows and scaling processes.
• Experience in automation/technology adoption is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property management issues.
• Coordinate contractors and third-party providers.
• Handle tenant and client communication.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and operational issues.
• Onboard new properties into the portfolio.
• Ensure property information and workflows are accurate.
• Identify operational pain points and drive improvements.
• Help introduce automation and increase efficiency.
• Ensure current systems scale with portfolio growth.
