Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Loughton is seeking a Property Manager to join a busy, growing team. This full-time, office-based role requires ARLA-qualified professionals with strong tenancy law knowledge and excellent organisation.

You will manage an expanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties, handle tenancy lifecycles, coordinate maintenance, and maintain landlord and tenant relationships to ensure compliance and high service levels.

Qualifications

• ARLA (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong understanding of tenancy law, landlord & tenant responsibilities, and property compliance.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy lifecycles, including agreements, renewals, deposits, and notices with compliance.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance, coordinating with contractors and conducting inspections.
• Act as primary contact for tenants, resolving queries and disputes with high service levels.
• Oversee rent collection and arrears management and prepare landlord reports.
• Keep systems up to date and support marketing efforts as needed.
