Job summary

DJ Alexander in Glasgow is seeking a Property Manager for our west end office. This full-time, permanent role offers a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £23,500-£26,000 depending on experience and the use of a company pool car.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence required.
• Property management or related experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong sales negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive, proactive customer-focused attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Team-based property management across landlords and tenants.
• Conduct viewsings and tenancy negotiations.
• Marketing and communications updates to landlords.
• Perform inspections and inventories, manage rent arrears and checkout processes.
