Qualifications

• 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service and a professional telephone manner
• Good IT skills and ability to use property management systems

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance
• Deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
