Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager (12 month maternity cover) to manage a portfolio in/around Bristol. The role is field-based with a £4,500 car allowance and competitive salary. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You will group-drive our mission to elevate industry standards, with access to training and a supportive environment. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation shaping UK residential property management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have your own transport.
• Experience in block management and housing estates.
• Confident communicator with residents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property management for a portfolio.
• Conduct regular site visits and drive to sites within portfolio.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Manage service charges, budgets and approvals of expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and landlord/tenant legislation.
