Job summary

Hackett Property is seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager in Sunderland to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and deliver a professional, efficient service for landlords and tenants.

You will work with maintenance, compliance, and lettings teams to protect client investments and ensure homes are well-maintained, compliant, and safe. Previous lettings or property management experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties.

• Managing tenancy renewals and tenancy-related administration.
• Assisting with compliance requirements and property certifications.
• Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Supporting rent administration and arrears procedures where required.
• Maintaining accurate property records and management systems.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a professional, efficient, and responsive service. Working closely with our maintenance, compliance, and lettings teams, you will play a key role in protecting our clients’ investments while ensuring tenants enjoy safe and well-maintained homes.
