About the role

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee residential tenancies from start to finish, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and managed efficiently. With all property management handled in-house, you'll work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and branch teams to resolve issues and provide great customer service.

The role combines office-based administration with property visits and external meetings. It is primarily office-based, with some Saturday morning working required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
• Arranging new tenancies, check-ins, checkouts and property inspections
• Coordinating contractors, repairs and maintenance
• Monitoring rent payments and resolving tenancy issuesEnsuring properties meet current legal and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and managing your diary effectively
• Working with branch teams to identify property improvement and additional service opportunities

What we're looking for
