Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join the Lettings Department in Keighley. You will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants, acting as a central point of contact for queries and ensuring compliant, timely completions.

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact, resolving queries from clients and staff.
• Provide expert advice to branches and customers on relevant legislation.
• Maintain central register of contractors and ensure qualifications.
• Oversee customer service, ensure works/renewals are timely; monitor invoices and tenancy agreements.
• Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Assist with complex cases and tenancies, advising landlords and tenants.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Keighley. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager

• Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
• Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
• Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications
• Oversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements
• Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
• Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager.
