A leading company in property management is seeking a team member to assist with managing a portfolio of residential units in Oxford. The role involves block management duties, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients. To assist with the management (as part of a team) of circa 200 units within central Oxford, surrounding villages, and further afield. These units are occupied by a mixture of Market Let tenants, Rent Act, Rent (Agriculture) Act, Assured tenancies, and residential leases. The properties form part of larger portfolios owned by Institutional and Private Estate clients, managed in-house by Savills. The role also involves undertaking block management duties within the buildings and providing first-class customer service to clients and tenants. Ensuring health and safety compliance to minimize risks is also a key responsibility.

The Oxford office is a large multi-disciplinary office. The role is within a small, friendly team currently consisting of one Director, a Property Manager, and an Administrator. The team collaborates with the larger rural team and other divisions and offices.
