Job summary

Construction is seeking a Property Manager to join our Seaham team. You’ll manage a residential portfolio, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure smooth tenancy progression in a busy property business.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,000 with OTE £32,000, a Monday–Friday pattern with 1 in 3 Saturdays, ongoing training and clear career progression within a growing organisation.
