Key Responsibilities

  1. Tenant Accounts: Ensure rent is paid, manage tenant arrears, update records, adhere to procedures, support legal actions if needed, and keep thorough logs of all tenant contact.
  2. Tenant liaison and customer service: Act as the main contact for tenants, handle queries professionally, maintain strong relationships, and uphold high service standards.
  3. Management of tenancies: Oversee the full move-in process, ensure all paperwork and payments are completed, prepare tenancy documents, and deliver a welcoming experience.
  4. Property inspections: Conduct inspections to high standards, address breaches, respond to complaints, and coordinate repairs or renovations.
  5. New Developments: Collaborate with the development team to meet customer needs, support site launches, and assist with move-ins and tenant inquiries.
  6. Deposits: Manage deposit processes legally, apply fair charges, handle disputes, and maintain tenant relationships.
  7. Landlords: Build and maintain relationships, provide updates, seek permissions, and serve as the main link between landlords and tenants.
  8. Charges: Understand chargeable costs, work with block management, and identify income opportunities.
  9. Flexibility: Be adaptable to working hours, including weekends during busy periods or as required.
  10. September move-in and out: Coordinate the September move period, ensure documentation is complete, and facilitate a smooth process for tenants.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, contribute to meetings, and support shared objectives.

Maintain high tenant satisfaction and encourage positive Google reviews to enhance the company's reputation.
