Contract: Permanent

Salary: £34,904 - £38,379 per annum plus commission plus Essential Car User Allowance.

Our client's Private Rented Sector portfolio is set to expand greatly over the coming years to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. We are seeking to recruit an ambitious Property Manager to join this fun & driven PRS team.

Location: Stratford, London

Working Hours: 35 hours per week - Hybrid working

The ideal candidate will not only resonate with our clients' values, but live them, looking for like-minded people to complement their existing teams. To be successful, you'll need to be exceptionally customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond to assist. We are looking for real passion, drive, and motivation, as well as an ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. The role can be challenging, with no two days being the same and dealing with a diverse range of residents, so we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and keen problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

• Property management and lettings experience in the private rented sector.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a dynamic team and respond positively to challenges.
• Proven track record in delivering on targets and deadlines within a demanding customer-focused commercial environment.
• An awareness of budgetary and financial risk in respect of the residential marketplace.
• Experience of using MS Office Suite.
