Property Manager - Liverpool - Up to 307,000 PLUS Bonus

This Property Manager position is a superb opportunity for someone with a few years experience in residential lettings to have an impact on a growing business, proven by the recent opening of a new office.

What you will be responsible for
As the Property Manager your role is vital in the overall agency operation. You will be responsible for maintaining and of course improving the new portfolio, whilst implementing your own business development strategies to gain new instructions and grow the portfolio.
In brief you will be;
The main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Responsible for the overall Property Management services
Responsible for the day to day maintenance requests
Sometimes conducting external appointments like inspections and Landlord meetings
Ensure compliance across the portfolio
Seek opportunities to grow the managed portfolio
What you will have
Recent experience in residential lettings
Good knowledge of current legislation
A keen interest in all things property
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
ARLA qualification is very desirable
