Were searching for an incredible Assistant Property Manager to join our team! You will act as the first point of contact for the team's enquiries in a fast-paced, reactive environment, ensuring a first-class experience is delivered.

What will you do?
Property Management
  • Ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest standards, in line with budgets, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the first line for all customer inquiries, dealing calmly and confidently with reactive issues, following them through to resolution or escalating as appropriate.
  • Review and feedback key concerns from weekly property inspections carried out by onsite staff, with appropriate follow-up.
  • Work in partnership with the PM in the delivery of day-to-day planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance and acts as the daily contact for contractors.
  • Support residents with queries such as noise and ASB complaints, seeing issues through to resolution and liaising with third parties as needed.
  • Coordinate the processing of insurance claims promptly.
  • Manage the site service schedule and planned maintenance schedule in line with required works and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure all sites, residents, contractors, and landlords comply with statutory and contractual obligations, including RICs, TPI, and all health and safety regulations.
  • Support processes like section 20s, overseeing enquiries such as contract and utility renewals, insurance claims, H&S reports, and related actions.
  • Provide information for Management Information Packs and work with the Legal and Compliance team for leaseholder matters, responding to customer inquiries as needed.
Customer Partnership
  • Build and maintain client relationships to develop strong, lasting partnerships and loyalty, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, directors, contractors, and other parties to ensure service delivery meets high standards and expectations.
Financial Management
  • Manage all works and expenses in line with budget, maintaining oversight and control.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Residential property management experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • ARLA qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of principles of customer service excellence.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple and conflicting deadlines.
