DBK Estate & Lettings Agents in Hounslow, West London, is seeking a Property Manager with a minimum of 1 year’s residential property management experience. You will manage a portfolio of properties, ensure compliance, and deliver a high-quality service to landlords and tenants.

You will coordinate repairs, liaise with contractors, conduct inspections, and maintain thorough records while working closely with the team. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's residential property management experience within a UK estate or lettings agency (essential).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
• Good knowledge of property maintenance and residential lettings legislation.
• Someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and works well as part of a team.

The Role

You'll help manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they're well maintained, compliant and that landlords and tenants receive a professional, responsive service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
