Job summary

Coaching Inn Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee maintenance and capital projects across a network of hotels in the North Region. The role involves reactive repairs, contractor management and ensuring safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

You will manage budgets, coordinate Capex and provide technical guidance to General Managers. This is a fixed-term contract (Jan–Jul 2027) with regular travel and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in property or facilities management.
• Experience managing contractors, repairs and budgets across multiple sites.
• Good technical knowledge of building maintenance and compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
• Hospitality experience and relevant qualifications are desirable.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Contract: 4 January 2027 - 1 July 2027

Are you an experienced Property or Facilities Manager ready for your next challenge?

We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract, supporting our hotels across the North Region.

You'll take ownership of property maintenance, reactive repairs, contractor management and capital expenditure projects, ensuring our hotels remain safe, well-maintained and operationally efficient.
