Job summary

Candidate Source is recruiting a Property Manager for a well-established, independent firm with an outstanding reputation. You will manage a portfolio of around 50 residential properties and report to a knowledgeable general manager, coordinating with an in-house surveying team.

This role offers autonomy, progression and support for ATPI/MTPI qualifications. You’ll work with long‑term clients and a stable, close-knit team.

What Are We Looking For In A Property Manager?

• Experience managing residential property portfolios
• ATPI /MTPI qualified well also consider experienced candidates who are keen to gain qualifications, and support will be offered for this
• Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit knit team
• Full driving license to enable you to visit your portfolio for property inspections

Reigate, Redhill, Salfods, Merstham, Godstone, Oxted, Crawley, Horley, Leatherhead, Caterham, Couldson, Dorking, Sevenoaks, East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Westerham, Warlingham, Biggin Hill, Leatherhead, Oxshott

This is a full-time role (Surrey) requiring at least 3 days per week in the office and regular visits to properties in your portfolio for routine inspections.
