Job summary

We Are PROPA Limited in London is seeking a proactive Property Manager to take charge of a residential lettings portfolio. You will handle maintenance, renewals, compliance and deposits, acting as the main contact for tenants, landlords, and suppliers.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, structure and opportunities, with a Monday–Friday pattern and no weekend work. If you have proven property management experience and a customer-focused approach, we’d love to hear from you.

• Demonstrated experience in a Property Management role.
• Strong people management, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer service focused with tenants and landlords.
• Excellent time management and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Able to think creatively and solve problems on the spot.

We re looking for a proactive and confident Property Manager to join a thriving London-based agency.

This is a cracking role for someone with a background in residential lettings and management who s ready for a hands‑on role with plenty of autonomy, structure, and opportunity.

What you ll be doing

• Managing your own residential lettings portfolio, overseeing everything from maintenance and renewals to compliance and deposit handling
• Acting as a key contact for tenants, landlords, and suppliers
• Ensuring all properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and standards
• Contributing to wider business initiatives and campaigns in partnership with management
• Using management systems and data to monitor team performance and improve service delivery

What you ll bring

• Demonstrable experience in a previous Property Management role
• Strong people management, communication, and organisation skills
• Customer service champion who is confident dealing with both tenants and landlords
• Excellent time management and a cool head under pressure
• Able to think creatively and solve problems on the spot
• Confident using property management software and systems
