Job summary

Campions, part of the Chestertons and Campions group, is recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join the Portfolio Management Department in the Battersea & Nine Elms area. The role offers hybrid working after the settling-in period and a salary of £38,000–£40,000.

The successful candidate will typically have around 2 years of property management experience, handle high net worth clients, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in property management.
• Experience dealing with High Net Worth clients is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants regarding queries.
• Arrange inventory checks in and out.
• Arrange pre and end of tenancy cleans.
• Organise ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with Landlords and Tenants.
• Process rental income and provide statements.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Handle deposit dilapidations at tenancy end.
• Ensure compliance with GSR certification.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.

Main duties:

• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
• Arranging the inventory check in and check out
• Arranging pre and end of Tenancy cleans
• Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both Landlords and Tenants
• Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts
• Routine property inspections
