Job summary

Chestertons, a London-based estate agency, is recruiting a Property Manager for Premier Management in Little Venice. The ideal candidate has around 2 years’ experience in property management, deals with high net worth clients, and delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role after the settling-in period includes liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging inventories and tenancy cleans, coordinating maintenance, processing rental income, conducting routine

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
• Arranging the inventory check in and check out
• Arranging pre and end of Tenancy cleans
• Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both Landlords and Tenants
• Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts
• Routine property inspections
• Handling deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancy
• Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification

Property Manager - (Premier Management)

Hours: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, (Hybrid working after settling in period)

Location: Little Venice

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 + Commission

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our established Portfolio Management Department. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with High Net Worth clients. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.

Main duties

• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
