Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a leading local independent estate agency in Loughton (IG10). The role focuses on maintaining landlord and tenant satisfaction while ensuring compliance and efficiency across a residential portfolio.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a salary of £26,000 per annum. You will manage tenancy administration, rent collection, and property maintenance, building strong relationships with landlords and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is required.
