Randstad UK in Eastbourne is seeking a proactive Property Manager who thrives on relationships and problem solving. You will be the main contact for residents, directors and contractors, delivering high-quality service and coordinating maintenance with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.

This permanent hybrid role offers a salary of 30k-35k with a potential 10% annual bonus after probation, 25 days holiday, and a clear training and progression path.

Property Manager

You don't need to be a technical expert to start this journey with us. What we offer

• Competitive Package: A salary between £30k-£35k (depending on experience) and, after your probation period, the opportunity to earn up to a 10% annual bonus.
• Work-Life Balance: A permanent role based in Eastbourne working 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 25 days of holiday per annum (hours can be flexible within reason).

Your Responsibilities
