The position offers a £30,000–£34,000 salary, free parking, and a five-day week with alternate Saturdays. Initially maternity cover with a genuine long-term opportunity, the successful candidate will join a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensure properties remain compliant with lettings legislation and safety requirements.
• Conduct property viewings when required.
• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
• Support the tenancy process from enquiry through to move-in.
• Provide advice to landlords on property management and market conditions.
• Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.
• Maintain accurate property records and support the office with administrative duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy.
