Job Opportunity: Property Manager

Do you have experience managing a portfolio of properties? Are you seeking a new challenge in 2025?

Our superb client, based in Swavesey, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of properties across the East Anglian region.
2. Handle current and potential tenants, including listing properties for let, conducting viewings, and agreeing on property lets.
3. Arrange inspections, create tenancy agreements, compile inventories, and obtain references.
4. Register deposit monies and deal with reactive and proactive maintenance issues.
5. Update records and keep systems current.
6. Review and implement rental increases where applicable.
7. Maintain your own appointment diary and handle all property-related queries.
8. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous lettings or property management experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A full UK driving license.
