Property Manager – Job Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent agency within their office in Horfield, Bristol. Property Manager – Benefits

• Up to £31,000 OTE
• Monday to Friday position, with an option for a four-day week with longer hours

Property Manager – Duties

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Carrying out mid-term inspections
• Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories
• Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing work orders, and obtaining invoices
• Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
• Getting involved in serving section notices as required
• Supporting landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• At least 12 months experience in Property Management is essential
• ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
• Good knowledge of current Lettings legislation
• Experience serving section notices
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office packages
• Must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a personal car
