Lettings Property Manager – Bolton – Up to £28K DOE

New role for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join a family run estate agency, specialising in sales, lettings and property management. With over 70 years of experience in the property sector they have developed an enviable trusted and well-deserved reputation; priding themselves on offering a professional yet personal touch.

What you will be doing

• As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You'll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
• Overseeing incoming property maintenance
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Coordinating with contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

What you will have

• Experience in lettings or property management is essential in this role
• 2 years of property experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
