Property Manager – Duties

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Conducting mid-term inspections
• Organising and conducting check-outs and inspections
• Coordinating contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing work orders, and processing invoices
• Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
• Handling deposit disputes
• Organising tenancy paperwork
• Serving section notices as required
• Supporting landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office packages
