We are looking for a Property Manager who can take full ownership of a portfolio of residential developments across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, delivering a high standard of service across all aspects of property management. You will act as the main point of accountability for your developments, responsible for service delivery, client relationships and long-term asset care. The portfolio has been structured to be manageable and sustainable, allowing you to focus on quality, consistency and proactive management.
You’ll be successful in this role if: Your developments are stable, compliant and well managed. Clients trust you and see you as their main point of contact. Communication across your portfolio is clear, consistent and proactive. Budgets and financial management are accurate and well controlled. Issues are identified early and resolved effectively.
You’ll work from home, with regular site visits across your Birmingham-based portfolio and occasional travel to the office as required, trusted to manage your time and priorities effectively.
