Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and viewings
• Identify and resolve property management issues to completion
• Maintain proactive landlord and tenant relationships
• Have hands-on experience with HMO properties and applications
• Possess knowledge of current Landlord and Tenant Legislation
• Manage rent collection and control
• Prepare client reports
• Instruct repair works and ensure timely completion
• Manage leases and tenancy renewals
• Perform any other duties as required

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Experience with Property Management software packages
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
• A current, valid Driving Licence is essential
