This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers a great working environment and benefits.

Permanent role

Place of work is Belfast City Centre - Monday to Friday

Salary and benefits are fully negotiable, including fantastic benefits and a company pension scheme.

Responsibilities:
Property
  • Manage and support property-related aspects across the Group.
  • Oversee day-to-day building operations and security at Lombard House, ensuring professional service delivery.
Contract Management:
  • Handle all aspects of contract management, ensuring proper implementation and support.
  • Manage property-related supplier relationships and performance as directed by SPM.
Fleet Management:
  • Administer the organisation's fleet management requirements.
  • Assist the SPM in compliance with fleet insurance and legislative requirements across Ireland.
Procurement:
  • Support the implementation and adherence to the Procurement policy across the Group.
  • Help embed the Procurement policy within the Property team, ensuring the Preferred Supplier Listing meets Group needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude towards work and customers.
