Touchstone Bath is recruiting a Property Manager in Bath to join a growing team and support high-quality property and customer service across the portfolio.
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure new properties are uploaded and diaries and documents are accurately recorded. After an initial training period (2–4 weeks), hybrid working is available (3 days at home).

We are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath, The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30 and Friday 9am - 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
You are providing the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, it is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients. Your role will involve managing and working with other internal teams to ensure that all new properties are uploaded on to the system and all information including diaries and document are accurately recorded.
