Job summary

We are PROPA in Hale, Cheshire, is seeking a Property Manager to join our busy estate agency. You will take ownership of a portfolio of around 100–200 properties and manage day-to-day property management tasks with a focus on proactive service.

This full-time role, based in Hale, offers a 9am–5:30pm schedule, Monday to Friday, no weekends, with a salary of £26,000–£27,000 plus bonus, potentially reaching £30K OTE.

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and client management skills.
