Job summary

haart Estate Agents is seeking a Property Management Training Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of streamlined training for Property Managers. You will mentor colleagues at multiple career stages and ensure training aligns with company policy and legal requirements.

The role sits in Learning & Development, with hybrid working, a 30-day annual leave entitlement, and opportunities to influence training standards across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in Learning & Development.
• Confident creating learning resources digitally and via PowerPoint.
• Inspiring and able to influence and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-motivated and flexible.
• Ability to work accurately and stay well organised.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes to improve performance in sales, property management and customer experience.
• Deliver training to meet procedural compliance and legislative requirements.
• Create and maintain online training modules and documentation reflecting policy and law.
• Support other departments in developing Operations Manuals and materials.
• Review materials to ensure learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures, systems and legal requirements to keep training current.
• Keep up-to-date with best practice in learning and implement where appropriate.
• Provide cover and support across the team when needed.
• Manage systems training and identify knowledge gaps; design blended learning solutions.
• Lead training projects, ensuring delivery to standard, deadline and cost.
• Maintain accurate training records and report to management.
• Uphold company core beliefs and standards at all times.
• Spend significant time in the field coaching Property Managers.
• Deliver training across England and Wales, especially South/South West areas.

• Basic salary range of £30000 to £36000 per year, dependent on experience
• Annual bonus of up to 10% of salary, based on hitting half-yearly targets

The main purpose of the Property Management Training Manager at haart Estate Agents

As a member of our Learning & Development team, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of streamlined, thorough training programmes for all Spicerhaart Property Management colleagues, aligned with our company's vision.

It's imperative to ensure that all processes and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to, as any lapses pose significant risks to our business.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Training Manager at haart Estate Agents

• Design, development and delivery of training programmes to facilitate and improve performance in sales, property management and customer experience
• Deliver training programmes for our people to meet with all aspects of procedural compliance and legislative requirements
• Create and maintain online training modules and documentation to ensure they reflect current company policy and legislative requirements
• Support other departments in their development and upkeep of Operations Manuals.
• Review training materials to ensure activities provide learning that enables improved knowledge, skill and ability
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks and legal requirements in order to develop and maintain training materials, ensuring delivery of effective training
• Keep up-to-date with best practice within learning and recommend implementation within the company where appropriate
• Assist in and cover other areas within the team/department and be able to provide cover as required
• Responsible for managing any systems training, identifying knowledge and skills gaps
• Design and implement training solutions specifically for Spicerhaart e.g. blended learning, e-learning platforms
• Manage allocated training projects: designing and delivering appropriate solutions to standard, deadline and cost
• Ensure accurate training records are kept and forwarded to appropriate management
• Ensure you are upholding the company Core Beliefs and standards at all times
• Spending multiple days in the field, each week, to support and coach our in-branch Property Managers
• Delivering training across various parts of England and Wales, particularly the South and South West areas.

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Training Manager at haart Estate Agents

• A CIPD qualification in Learning and Development OR equivalent business experience including a minimum of 3 years in a related role within the property industry, preferably property management
• Confident in creating learning resources digitally, and via powerpoint
• Inspirational and able to influence and motivate others, having a natural ability to bring the best out in people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and be self-motivated, confident and flexible.
• Must possess an ability to work accurately and be well organised

The Finer Details

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
