Job summary

haart Estate Agents is seeking a Property Management Manager for Earley to lead a team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio across multiple areas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

The position requires a minimum of three years in residential lettings, strong leadership, and excellent relationship-building skills. A driving licence is essential given travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of property managers, responsible for the management of our portfolio across the Earley, Bracknell, Slough, Maidenhead and Shepperton areas.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings).
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

• Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
• Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
• To be eligible for a car allowance, your vehicle must be less than 5 years old.
• Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position and choosing to use your own vehicle)
