Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Northampton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join the team, offering a full career path and ongoing support to help you grow in your role. In this role you will book and conduct property inspections, negotiate renewals, coordinate with contractors for maintenance, handle deposits and arrears, manage evictions, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

• £27800 to £32480 OTE dependent on experience, consisting of: Basic salary of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience, and £4,980 additional earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Northampton

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.
