• A Surveyor seeking Management Surveyor, Estates Surveyor, Commercial Property Surveyor, or Asset Management Surveyor jobs
• Seeking surveyor jobs or Commercial Property Management Surveyor jobs in the Derby, Derbyshire, Ashbourne, Uttoxeter, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire region
• You will ideally have strong asset management experience & commercial property / estates exposure (Landlord & Tenant liaison, licenses, lease extensions, rent reviews, etc.)
• While the business is £100m t/o and works with major blue-chip organizations, it maintains a SME mentality with a 60-headcount team. You should have a proactive, friendly, and flexible approach to work.
