This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead our property management services in the Croydon area, ensuring exceptional experiences for landlords and tenants alike. We seek a seasoned professional with proven expertise in residential property management to bring their skills to this position.

  • £32,500 to £43,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission
  • Uncapped commission target of £3,725
  • Complete on-target earnings between £39,425 and £53,925

Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of property managers
  • Monitoring and assessing team performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing risk
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
Required Skills and Experience
  • Full UK Driving License for a manual vehicle
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and develop team members' careers
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
Additional Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a full UK Driving License for a manual car
  • Have legal right to work in the UK (evidence via Passport/Birth Certificate)
  • Provide proof of address, National Insurance, and driver's license check
