Premier Property Management in Horsham is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day running of residential leasehold developments. You will work closely with Property Managers to ensure sites are well maintained, compliant and running smoothly for residents.
Responsibilities include handling resident queries, coordinating maintenance, preparing leases, and maintaining records. The role is based in Horsham, Monday to Friday, with a collaborative team and clear processes
We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to support the day to day running of residential leasehold developments, working closely with our Property Managers to keep sites well maintained, compliant and running smoothly for residents.
This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, from resident queries and maintenance requests through to lease documentation and statutory notices. You'll need confidence dealing with residents, contractors and colleagues alike, and the judgement to know when to resolve something yourself and when to elevate it. You'll be expected to keep accurate records, support budgeting and reporting, and aid to secure every development in your care meets lease, health and safety, and company standards.
You'll work from our Horsham office, Monday to Friday, as part of a supportive team with clear processes and hands on guidance.
