Premier Property Management is seeking a Property Management Assistant in Horsham to support daily operations across residential leasehold developments. You will work with Property Managers to keep sites compliant and well maintained, handling queries, maintenance and lease documentation.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to support the day to day running of residential leasehold developments, working closely with our Property Managers to keep sites well maintained, compliant and running smoothly for residents.

Based in Horsham, this is a permanent, full-time role offering genuine variety, hands on training and a clear path to progress within a growing national business.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, from resident queries and maintenance requests through to lease documentation and statutory notices.

You'll need confidence dealing with residents, contractors and colleagues alike, and the judgement to know when to resolve something yourself and when to elevate it.

You’ll be expected to keep accurate records, support budgeting and reporting, and help ensure every development in your care meets lease, health and safety, and company standards.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
  • Assisting with the daily management of residential developments
