Job summary

Onward Homes is offering a Housing & Property Management Apprentice role in England, focusing on customer enquiries, property inspections, repairs, and compliance. You will gain practical skills in leasehold and shared ownership management through a Level 3 apprenticeship, with mentoring and structured support.

A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable, with training supplied. No prior housing experience is required as full training and mentoring will be provided, and attendance

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities

• Support customer engagement activities including surveys, meetings, newsletters, and scheme inspections.
• Assist with inspections, repairs, and building safety activities.
• Develop understanding of leasehold and property management processes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to deliver a high-quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to improve efficiency and customer experience.
