Training is delivered on a residential block release basis at the ProVQ Training Centre in Shrewsbury and the Toyota/Lexus Academy in Burnaston, Derbyshire. The program targets high-caliber individuals seeking their first step in a professional automotive career. Upon successful completion, you will gain the Apprenticeship Standard Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) Level 3 qualification.

You will earn as you learn, with a competitive annual salary from Day 1. Additionally, upon graduation, you will receive a benefits package and performance bonuses.

• Participate fully in all scheduled training activities at Burnaston and Shrewsbury.
• Keep learning activities up to date and prepare for reviews with your Manager and Mentor.
• Perform foundational service and repair tasks.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment.
• Access technical information and diagnostic tools.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles to industry standards.
• Remove, repair, or replace components per manufacturer specifications.
• Investigate vehicle faults and identify causes.
• Apply diagnostic principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Engage in community activities promoting the Lexus brand.
