Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of contracted property maintenance services in Wakefield. You will drive efficiency, lead engineering and supplier teams, and maintain strong client relationships to exceed contractual targets.

The role requires setting and monitoring KPI/SLA performance, ensuring legal and safety compliance, and guiding project delivery across multiple sites with a strategic focus on net-zero targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar property/building maintenance role.
• Technically qualified in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Knowledge of FM contractual models, KPIs and performance mechanisms.
• Proficient with CAFM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of contracted property maintenance services in line with Bellrock standards and KPIs.
• Provide leadership to engineering, supplier and administration teams and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with service desk, suppliers, project and compliance teams to meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain and report on SLA/KPI performance and regulatory compliance.
• Foster safe practices and ensure risk assessments are conducted and documented.
