Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance providers and contractors to support operational needs across all sites.
• Develop and manage procurement and contract arrangements for reactive works, utilizing the existing supply chain and expanding contractors and services.
• Ensure compliance with all property-related legislation, including fire safety, asbestos, legionella, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, plant, and equipment, ensuring timely servicing and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management within a multi-site environment.

• Experience with CDM Regulations and risk management procedures (desirable).
• Full UK driving license.
