Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Lancashire team, handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential disputes with autonomy. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary with benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in property litigation, strong drafting skills, and a commercially minded approach to client service. Willingness to travel between offices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE as a qualified Solicitor with property litigation experience.
• Experience across landlord and tenant, real property and contractual disputes.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes with autonomy.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters including renewals, dilapidations, break clauses and forfeiture.
• Handle disputes involving covenants, easements, rights of light, trespass and possession.
• Draft correspondence and court documents and liaise with the Court.
• Instruct counsel and experts and attend hearings; support business development.
