Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes.
• Advising on boundary disputes, lease issues, and property-related disagreements.
• Managing property damage claims from instruction through to resolution.
• Supporting partners on complex, high-value commercial litigation matters.
• Working closely with clients across a range of sectors including SMEs and individuals.
• Conducting legal research and preparing high-quality advice and documentation.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and client relationship management.
• Collaborating with a well-regarded litigation team in Manchester.
